Rather than getting a bunch of email messages throughout the day, I could review a single email to find out about rides, conversations, and discussions. I haven't seen a preference that I can turn on to enable this. I also use RSS feeds regularly to notify me of new conversations on message boards like this. My RSS client will popup a small message telling me of the topics with new messages. I don't see an RSS feed ... The Sunday rides, Bay Area Rides, and Central Valley Rides are the 3 rooms involved. The reason I did this is so whoever is organizing a ride can then also include in the post a list of riders who will make the ride and who won't. So when someone starts this list all of us can use the "edit" function to add your name to the "will attend" list or the "will not attend" ... I have increased the credits for the Gallery which gives us a total of 60 Mb of storage for all Gallery Photo's. We still had 66% left but I would like for the members who haven't posted pictures of them and their scoots in the Gallery. You can just start your own photo album like 4 of us have done already. If you have registered but are not getting the "activation email" please get in touch with myself or Scott. Another member had this problem and his account was put into the "inactive user" file. I was able to go in and activate the account manually. I'm not sure why this happened but at least we know how to activate accounts if this does happen.
